Disease of rabies in pet dog also known as crazy pet dog disease is one of the zoonosa diseases (animal diseases that
can be transmitted to humans) and an acute contagious animal disease of the central terms of the arrangement can attack animals
warm-blooded as well as human-caused by the rabies virus. Diseases communicable to humans through rabies bites of animals

THE CAUSE OF THE DISEASE RABIES

TRANSMISSION METHOD
The disease rabies can be transmitted from animal to animal to animal and of men through:
animals with rabies bite

INCUBATION PERIOD
in dogs and cats: 2 weeks
in humans: 2-3 weeks
long incubation period depends on:
o the number of viruses entering through wounds

CLINICAL SYMPTOMS
Rabies malignant

seizures, then paralyzed, died 4-7 days-12 days
Rabies report
hiding in a dark and cool
brief, seizures of invisible cage
paralyzed, unable to swallow, mouth open
die in a short time
Rabies cannot be
itching all over the body of an animal
animals experiencing difficult bowel movements
rigid road
seizures/spasmus
dead without clinical symptoms

RABIES IN HUMANS
early stage
Headache, lethargy, nausea, decreased appetite, nervous and pains press on former bites
advanced stage
Saliva and tears out redundant, sensitive to light, loud noise, high winds, afraid of the water, seizures
followed by paralysis, died 4-6 days after symptoms appear

PREVENTION
do vaccinations eye to your dog, cat, monkey
avoid pets contact with wild animals

THE TREATMENT OF
There are no effective treatments to animals

HANDLING OF RABIES
If there are pets that are bitten by dogs suspected rabies, as soon as possible to approach the animals sick, and reporting
to the local farm or to the district
If there are human victims of bites, as soon as possible brought to the clinics/hospitals.
